At Afric Attire, we want you to receive your authentic African wax print fashion as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy.
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required. Every order, from a $12 headwrap scarf to a $75 cocktail dress, ships free.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard shipping delivery time is 3-5 business days after processing. Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@africattire.com before your order ships.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors and household members first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with the carrier to locate it.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@africattire.com or +1 (470) 233-4131. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
